The trainer is an engineer with an MS in Management Science having more than 35 yrs. of experience in Manufacturing and IT industry. Has been a hands-on practitioner of data analytics and enabling data driven decision support system for addressing Business, Customer, Quality related problems as part of managing global customers from different industry.
Trainer has experience of providing solutions using data driven, structured problem-solving approaches in Business Excellence, Delivery Excellence, TQM, CMMI, Information Security & Quality Assurance. Has leveraged the experience to conduct corporate training sessions for practitioners.
