Design Thinking – Trainer Profile
The trainer is an engineer with an MBA and Ph.D. from IIT having more than 25 yrs. of Industry, Consultancy, Research and Academia. He has successfully applied Design Thinking in Large organizations and SMEs He is proficient in linking Design Thinking Tools & Techniques with Business Excellence, Process Improvement, Customer – related Challenges and Employee Management.
He is an experienced assessor for EFQM, Baldridge and People CMM. He is also an expert in Process Management, Six Sigma, Benchmarking, QFD, and Six sigma.
He has conducted corporate and public trainings in Design Thinking areas across India.
