The purpose of LSSBB is to sharpen the skills of Lean and Six Sigma techniques in the application of decision making for the business. This course focuses on developing the in-depth understanding of the concepts. The curriculum involves active participation of the participants in team activities, solving case studies, understanding of the real time scenario to apply the concepts, measure the efficiency of the process. In a nutshell, this course aims at developing competent professionals in Lean Six Sigma. This is a 6 day program conducted in 2 phases of 3 days each and in-depth coverage of the DMAIC process.
