Product Owner

The product owners are the subject matter experts of the product in focus and represent the business and customers. The primary responsibilities include; define the requirements, prioritise in the backlog, keep up with the change in requirements, reveal the adequate details required to the development team.

Scrum Master

The scrum master primarily manage the human resource aspect of scrum. He/she coaches the development team, removes the impediments faced in progressing the product development, help the product owner in managing the product backlog.

Scrum Team

Self organizing, cross functional team, typically of small size
just enough to deliver the sprint.
